Professional Information Notice

1. Who we are

LENTIL HEALTH, INC. d/b/a Miraei AI ("Miraei," "we," "us") maintains limited professional information to help life-sciences businesses identify and communicate with people who may be relevant to their research, partnership, and commercial activities.

2. Professional information we may maintain

Depending on availability, a professional profile may include:

• Name
• Employer, professional title, and functional area
• Work email address
• General professional location, such as country or region
• LinkedIn or another public professional-profile URL
• Publicly available professional and scientific activity, such as authorship, research, clinical-trial involvement, or presentations
• A general relevance rating, such as High, Medium, or Low
• Information about the source or verification of profile information

Miraei does not intentionally create these profiles using personal email addresses, home addresses, patient information, medical records, or information about a person's private life.

3. Where the information comes from

Professional information may come from:

• Business-information and contact-data providers
• Company, university, healthcare-institution, and other professional websites
• Public professional profiles
• Scientific publications, research databases, and clinical-trial registries
• Publicly available professional and event materials
• Miraei customers and other professional sources

Miraei may infer a likely work email address using an employer's email convention and use a verification provider to check whether the address is likely to be valid. You may contact us to ask about the available source information for your profile.

4. How we use professional information

We may use professional information to:

• Create, verify, update, and maintain professional profiles
• Organize information about companies, research, trials, publications, and professional events
• Help customers identify people relevant to customer-selected professional criteria
• Assign a general relevance rating
• Facilitate customer-directed business-to-business outreach
• Maintain the accuracy, security, and integrity of our services

Miraei does not automatically choose and contact people. Customers select recipients and approve the messages they send. Miraei is designed for relevant business and professional communications, not consumer marketing or unrelated personal outreach.

Miraei customers cannot view or export work email addresses. Miraei uses work email addresses server-side to facilitate customer-directed email sending. Customers may view LinkedIn URLs in Miraei but cannot export them through the platform.

5. Why we use this information

Where applicable, Miraei relies on legitimate interests to maintain a limited professional-information service and help life-sciences businesses identify and communicate with professionals relevant to their work.

We limit profiles to professional information, restrict access to authorized business customers, limit export, require customers to select recipients and approve messages, and provide ways to object and request removal. We consider the nature of the information, its relevance to the person's professional role, reasonable expectations, potential effects on the person, and the safeguards available.

6. Relevance ratings

Miraei may assign a High, Medium, or Low relevance rating based on a person's professional title and functional area in relation to criteria selected by a customer. The rating helps customers prioritize potentially relevant professionals. It does not cause Miraei to contact anyone automatically or produce a legal or similarly significant decision about that person.

7. Customer-directed email and engagement information

When a customer chooses to send an email through Miraei, Miraei and its email infrastructure providers process information necessary to send and manage that message, including the recipient address and delivery, bounce, reply, and unsubscribe status.

If the customer enables engagement tracking, Miraei may also process open and click events for that customer. Miraei does not combine these events across customers. Miraei provides campaign and jurisdiction-based controls for disabling open and click tracking. When tracking is disabled, Miraei does not insert an open-tracking pixel or rewrite links for click tracking.

The unsubscribe link in an email stops future emails from the customer that sent it. A person who wants Miraei to stop maintaining or using their professional information across all Miraei customers can submit a request under Section 11 below.

8. Who receives the information

Professional information may be processed by:

• Authorized Miraei customers and their users
• Service providers supporting hosting, security, email delivery, contact verification, and operation of Miraei
• Authorities, professional advisers, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights and security

Work email addresses are not displayed or made exportable to customers. They may be processed by email-infrastructure providers when a customer directs Miraei to send a message.

9. International processing

Miraei is based in the United States. Professional information may therefore be processed in the United States and other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those where a person lives or works. Where applicable law requires an international-transfer mechanism, Miraei relies on contractual or other legally recognized safeguards. You may contact us for more information about safeguards applicable to your information.

10. How long we keep information

Miraei retains professional information while it remains reasonably relevant to the purposes described in this notice, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements. We remove or update information when we learn that it is inaccurate or no longer needed.

If you request removal, Miraei may retain a minimal suppression record so that your information is not added again. Information remaining in backups is put beyond active use and removed through normal backup cycles.

11. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to:

• Ask whether Miraei maintains professional information about you and request access to it
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Object to or request restriction of processing
• Ask us to remove your professional information
• Complain to the data-protection authority where you live or work

You may object to the use of your information for direct-marketing purposes at any time.

To ask Miraei to remove your professional information and prevent it from being added again, email privacy@miraei.ai, ideally using the work email address concerned. You may optionally provide your name or LinkedIn URL to help us locate the correct record. We may request limited additional information when reasonably necessary to verify your identity.

Once verified, Miraei will remove the information from active services and retain only a minimal suppression record necessary to honor the request. We will respond without undue delay and within one month.
